Our Traditional Funeral Service includes:

 

Our professional services, full use of our facilities and guidance from our  funeral director at all times.

• The transfer of your loved one into the care of our funeral home.  (within 25 miles of our funeral homes).

​

• Duty of care to your loved one at all times.

​

• Preparation, washing and dressing your loved one in their own clothes or in a suitable funeral shroud.

​

• Arranging all aspects of a traditional funeral, completing all administration on your behalf at our Kidlington or Summertown funeral homes or in the comfort of your own home. Available seven days a week.

• ​

• Liaising with all third parties on your behalf, clergy, celebrants, crematoria, cemeteries, florists, newspapers, caterers, etc.

​

• Our Jaguar hearse and four uniformed bearers on the day of the funeral (within 25 miles).

​

• Donation and online tribute page - All donations will be sent to the chosen charity within six weeks from the date of the funeral.

•  The funeral to take place on a day and time of your own convenience, at a crematorium, church or cemetery of your choice. (within 25 miles)

​

•  If cremation is chosen; should you wish, we will collect your loved ones remains and look after them in our care for an indefinite period at no cost.

​

• If burial is chosen, provision of a temporary grave marker and flower vase for the grave.

​

• Limousines available at an additional fee of £295.00 per vehicle (six passengers)

The above price excludes the cost of a coffin 

 

 

* ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS OR SERVICES We are able to guide and advise you on our additional products i.e, vehicles options, chapel of rest viewings, limousines, coffins, flowers, printing, publishing & catering. Please see our additional price list here.

DISBURSEMENTS These costs are for external clients involved with the funeral service, other than the funeral director. These costs may vary and will be paid by us in advance of the funeral. Disbursements will be itemised individually on your client estimate.

CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT We respectfully request that 50% of the funeral estimate should be paid prior to the funeral taking place. This covers external fees which are payable in advance including burial or cremation fees, clergy or celebrants, doctors, organists, florists, caterers, press notices, etc. Our invoice for the remaining balance will be issued a week after the funeral. Should the balance of the account be outstanding after 14 days, interest of 2.5% per month will accrue.
